Ceramic Inside Walls
Technical characteristics of the ceramic stove
The ceramic stove for the interior separation of the walls shall meet certain standard requirements. These include:
Water - the amount of water absorbed to the mass of the kermic itself. Measured as a percentage. For wallwork inside buildings, the main cafeteria with a water absorption of 10 per cent is porous, respectively, lighter by weight.
Info. The ceramic bias has a direct impact on the degree of water absorption and the level of freezing. The lower the voids content, the lower the first and above the second. The small stove absorbs less water and more resistant to the freeze. These data are important for intangible premises.
Physico-mechanical characteristics. Determine the strength limit and the bending resistance. This limit is usually low at the wall cafeteria because it depends on the porosity of the keramichi. The thickness of the material also affects strength.
Chemical sustainability. It's a measure of resistance to domestic chemistry, acids and alkali. There are five classes: AA, A, B, C, D (from absolute sustainability to total loss of appearance due to chemical effects). The declared stability is limited to the face layer and the stitches need to be treated with epoxy laundry.
Calibre and tone. Actual colour (ton) as well as calibre (total size) may be slightly different from the description, even from one batch.
Classic. For the separation of walls, stove 1, less than 2 classes shall apply. The first class of GAS is free from defects, while the surface of the second type of stove is allowed to be erroneous from a distance of not less than one metre.
Presences of the ceramic stove for the inner lining of the walls
First of all, there is a wide variety of colour gammas, a variety of denominations, resistance to colour combustion. But it's not all:
Hygiene and environmental sustainability♪ Because of natural composition, even with strength ceramic stove heating The wall, however, does not separate harmful evaporation. It doesn't drink dirt, it's easy to wash. Mixrobes on the ceramic surface don't survive.
Duty♪ When properly labelled (strength) and removed, ceramic elements will last long, 50 years and longer, depending on the quality of production.
