The sauna in the bathroom is a cab where the necessary microclimate is created. Three different types of microclimate can be created in the same sauna pit:
Dry or Finnish sauna, the air in which it heats up to 90,110 °C. The relative humidity of the air at this temperature is approximately 10 per cent. By comparison, in the normal room, this figure is usually between 40 and 60 per cent. High temperatures and dry air affect a man in a sauna so he starts to sweat intensively.
Wet sauna, the air heats only to 70-90 °C. But the relative humidity of the air is higher - 25-40%. In order to increase humidity, hot stones laid in the section of the kiln compartment shall be watered.
Ferry sauna (tilarium) - temperature even lower - 40-65 °C. The air in the steam sauna is saturated by a special vapour generator. If you add grass in the steam generator, you can take inhalation in the sauna. The micro-climate in the steam is comfortable for everyone, including children.
In selecting microclimate parameters in the sauna, specialists advise on rule 110. Under this rule, the amount of temperature and relative humidity shall not exceed 110. For example, at a temperature of 65 °C, humidity shall not exceed 45 per cent.
The walls and ceilings of the bathroom in the sauna location from the inside contaminate the mineral wat at the wall carcass. The wooden face of the sauna is more comfortable with the wooden bar.
Walls separating the sauna from the rest bathroom, assembled in a carcass, similar to what they do in a carcass partition device. The cabin walls also contain thermal insulation.
